I was seen by Dr. 9 months ago. Eczema operated. 360 degree liposuction, chin and arms. After just 6 months I noticed that nothing had changed (they always say that something will happen to the result for up to a year and it will get better from time to time). And yes, I exercise and pay attention to my diet.1 day before the operation, Canan (interpreter) recommended an additional tightening laser to me in addition to the Vaser method, so that the stomach does not return to its original shape.Complete nonsense, I suspect the laser was definitely not used, if it even exists.And I ask myself, if the vaser already tightens, why an additional laser?500€ extra.After six months, I went to a check-up appointment and Canan, as well as Dr. Ekrem confirmed to me that the back area, arms, chin area (one side more than the other) was not suctioned enough. In addition, my stomach is absolutely dented, which they both confirmed and then comes the surprise: Dr. Ekrem then said that I needed a tummy tuck. But why didn’t anyone tell me that before? Then I would have done that!I had shown pictures to see whether it was “roughly” like that with the Vasor method and he confirmed it.Then he told me to wait and see how he would suction my areas again (back, chin) and do the tummy tuck because he had seen the results and would accommodate me with the price.The disappointing thing is that I have to pay the same price that I paid again. So you admit that you didn’t extract enough, but don’t come at me with a correction.That was my experience with Voila Health Clinic in Istanbul.

Many thanks to the entire team. The processes and the entire organization ran smoothly. Dr. Caner is a great doctor and takes a lot of time for his patients!You didn’t have any doubts for a second and felt like you were in great hands. The team is super nice, they were available 24 hours a day and looked after you so warmly! & a particularly big thank you to Canan, the great man of heart!

I had breast surgery on June 26th, 2024 and everything has gone really well so far 👍🏻 I was already very fit on the 2nd day 👍🏻 I have very, very little pain. A huge huge thank you goes out to Dr. Melek is a wonderful woman, very very likeable, very very friendly 👍🏻 I would recommend her to everyone 👍🏻 she did a great job with the operation 👍🏻Also a huge thank you goes out to Canan. She was there for everything for us 👍🏻 there were problems with the hotel because another employee unfortunately couldn’t get it right, but Canan sorted everything out straight away 👍🏻👍🏻 super thank you very much, my love 🫶 no matter what the matter was always tried to clarify everything for us 👍🏻 thank you very much again 👍🏻🫶

This clinic is an absolute disgrace. Hygiene conditions are catastrophic, with an almost guaranteed risk of infection. It’s scandalous that such a place can still operate.The staff treats patients with complete contempt. We feel like cattle for their money machine. They don’t care about your health at all, all they care about is getting money from you.I have never had such an excruciating experience in a healthcare facility. They should be closed for everyone’s sake. If you value your life, flee this clinic like the plague.I feel obliged to warn as many people as possible: never go to this clinic, unless you want to put your health and your life in danger. It’s a horrible place, run by unscrupulous people.

Before we saw doctor Furkan Certel, we were helped with all the preparations by CATALINA (Patient Coordinator). For example, we were picked up from the airport, we were helped with check-in at the hotel, but also with a blood test and administration, she is a truly fantastic person who ensured everything went smoothly.The next day we first saw doctor Furkan Certel, who walked us through the steps of the process and asked how and what we wanted, he also signed this on the face itself. He is a very friendly man and very accessible as a patient, he takes the time to listen.After the operation by doctor Furkan Certel, we had to stay in the hospital for 1 night, where we were cared for by ZERA (Nurse), she came to the room 20 times that night, nothing was too much for her, she is really one of the most sweet and competent nurses we have ever encountered, Top ZERA!!!At the hotel we were helped by a whole team every moment of the day, with assistance, medicines, food, etc. There is also a team that works in the background and arranges transportation, among other things.Conclusion: It was a very good experience with doctor Furkan Certel and his team, because a good operation and good follow-up treatment are both important.Thank you all

I had mummy makeover at voilà clinic in turkey and experience was amazing. The all team looked after me from airport, the hotel and hospital. Doctor furkan is very good and gave me the sharp I wanted. I will say thank you for the amazing service including the nurses and coordinators. Naz, Ayla, Canan, Eslyne were amazing I will recommend anyone who want a bony transformation.

I came from London to have surgery with dr furkan in Istanbul Turkey with viola. This is hands down the most safe and looked after I have felt having surgery abroad. Travelling alone to have surgery can be really scary and lonely but I have felt so welcomed and safe and the staff at viola have felt like friends. My surgery went absolutely amazing and I am so thankful to everyone that’s been apart of taking care of me ilayda especially after surgery took me out to have a facial and feel more like myself again. I’m so happy with my results and the overall experience. With viola nothing is left down to you! From transport to the hotel to nurses you are completely taken care of. Thank you soo much !!! Best surgery experience ever!!

This is Amanda from London.I visited the Voila health tourism, and I can tell you I had an excellent reception. Right from the airport pickup to the hospital for my blood test then to the hotel.. Dr Furkan performed magic on me, I had a tummy tuck and it was worth everything . Safety was top notch. I was monitored all through my stay. I felt like a baby. I did not need my family around as I had the voila full team. I am super excited 😄 😊 I give Them a 💯 stars . 🌟 highly recommended

Had my second hair transplant with Viola, used DHI method. Responsive and easy to communicate with them during the preparation; really good care during my stay in Istanbul; follow up after the procedure. In all, pretty satisfied, Viola personnel (shout out to Kathy!) made me feel welcomed, they took my opinion into most serious consideration; the were accommodating and pleasant to be around.It’s been 2 weeks, healing process is going well, so I can definitely recommend Viola to others.
